mWell was a Glomo Award recipient for Best Mobile Innovation for Digital Life at the 2023 Barcelona Mobile World Conference.

mWell reached over 25,000 monthly active users the first 3 months, averaging 2,000 daily active user.

At Lotus Flare I launched, and grew to product-market fit a Telemedicine & E-commerce HealthTech service in Southeast Asia for our client Metro Pacific Investments. The final product was named mWell.

App functionalities include telemedicine, e-commerce, educational material and holistic lifestyle/ workout videos
Analyzed quantitive and qualitative data to react to user and market trends, defined agile sprints, wrote Product Requirement Documents along with managing the expectations of clients, consumers, healthcare professionals, and 10 person interdisciplinary software development team.

At Knoetic I was responsible for developing, and delivering the platform's product-led growth roadmap (PLG). I collaborated across Executive, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Design and Engineering teams to grow the product by iterating through a feature discovery, testing and measuring cycle.

The 2 week sprint cycles started by conducting competitive analysis, value proposition differentiation, user studies, and user behavioral analysis to explore and rapidly deploy features. Their impact would be quickly observed through quantitative and qualitative measurements and used to guide future feature development.
